I just wanted to send you an email and give some well-deserved praise to your guys who came out for the delivery of our copier and then coming in to set it up.
On the day of delivery we were having some major works done which I was overseeing so it was a very bad day for me. However both your guys were very understanding. They delivered the copier to its location and said that as it was a bad time for me that once I had everything ready to call and one of them would come out and help us out.
True to their word a couple of weeks later when we were ready one of your guys came out and I just want to say that this staff member of yours is an asset to your company. Considering that we did not have a network connection to the copier working as the engineers had not wired it in properly he was patient while I run network cable around the room. He then set the copier up and after this I expected him to leave as our current copier company does as they do not set the copier up.
Your guy sat with me and helped with the installation of the copier on to our network, he then went through all the copier settings and set them up for us then he set up our staff on the copier for scanning. What was really helpful is he did not do this himself instead patiently thought me how to do all this. He trained me while setting the copier up.
So as I have said to yourself before the copier is amazing and we are very happy with the machine but what we are much more delighted about is the customer services of your engineer. He was polite, patient and did not rush us one bit. He made sure that everything was set up and we were confident in using the machine before he left. This is night and day difference to the current customer services we receive from our other copier company.
For us as a small company what is more important than the product itself is the customer service that we receive and from your guys we have received probably the best customer service we have seen in the I.T sector and we just want to say thank you and please pass our thanks on to your guy.

I just wanted to say a big “thank you” for the way your staff installed the photocopier yesterday. Every single person was 100% professional and the whole thing seemed effortless. All of your staff are a credit to your company. We had one teething problem which I called about and as Neil and Stuart were on calls the young lady who answered the phone tried to help. She was excellent. She tried her utmost to be helpful and did solve the very minor problem which it worked out related to our software incidentally. She was extremely helpful and definitely deserves a mention.
All in all, very pleased with the whole installation. Well done Leemic!
