The Callisto Managed Scan Digital Link Solution; SIMs.net from Bits allows users to scan paper documents directly into Capita from their MFP. By utilising SIMs.net it is easy for the smallest of schools to manage and store paper documents electronically.
SIMs.net is at the heart of most administration system for many schools and has become critical for the day to day running, assisting with timetable planning, managing finances and providing reporting information.
Utilising the embedded OSA module within the Sharp MFP you simply log in using your SIMs credentials, select where you wish to store the document and press Scan. The documents are then uploaded automatically into SIMs.net.
