This new process sees the traditional postage system replaced with a new automated facility. Invoices will be sent direct to a designated recipients email address. 

This means a more efficient service for our customers and cuts down paper consumption which helps improve the environment.

Both clubs have only formed within recent years and have made a big impression within the community they serve, in particular the development of grass roots football.

Stockport County Supporters Co-Operative is a formal, democratic not-for profit organisation representing the fans. The trust does not own a shareholding in the club, but acts upon behalf of the supporters and hopes to have a greater input into the running of the club.

The trust has a vision to be the democratic and representative voice of the supporters of Stockport County Football Club, and to strengthen the bonds between the Club and the community which it serves

As with other alliance’s the partnership see’s Leemic placing a donation to the Co-Operative resulting from any order placed by an organisation that is a result of a referral via the SCSC.

Leemic Director Nick Pendlebury commented; ” the referral scheme further demonstrates  the boards commitment to supporting local organisations. What represents a local community more than the football club? In these difficult economical times, most lower league football clubs have struggled to cope with the financial demands placed upon them. Unfortunately Stockport County are one of them, which resulted in being relegated form the Football League last season. By working with the SCSC and donating from referral business we hope to assist  Stockport County with a return to the rightful palce in the football league”.

Stockport County Supporters Co-Operative Director Adrian Stores added; “Leemic and its’ Managing Director, Nick Pendlebury are a great example of how a local business can both (a) contribute to the activities of Stockport County Supporters’ Co-operative and (b) raise money for worthwhile causes in the process.  We are grateful for this generous support”.

Starting from Manchester United Football Ground at Old Trafford, on Sunday 8th July. This invigorating ride will take Nick along country lanes to the finish on the South Promenade at Blackpool, where he will enjoy a  well-earned drink in the beer tent!.

Again raising money for St Ann’s Hospice, Nick is hoping to recruit some colleagues given the longer preparation time available.
