The Role of Service Support Administrator

Leemic are one of the UK’s leading independent providers of print solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to help develop our Service Help Desk on a permanent, full time basis.

Working out of our central hub in Stockport you will provide first line telephone support to our ever-expanding client base, also ensuring that our customers are provided with excellent customer service.

Full training and support will be provided, however the desired candidate will be expected to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have strong communication skills .

Your Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Co-ordinating service calls for customers whose queries cannot be resolved over the phone
  • Addressing and resolving customer queries as the first point of contact wherever possible
  • Following issues through to resolution, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Support to engineers in the field by phone and email
  • Allocating and managing Engineer workloads
  • Ensuring customer information is kept up to date and accurate
  • Taking and processing customer orders for consumables

This is a new and exciting role that will ideally suit an individual who wants to develop technical skills. In order to be successful, you will need to have excellent organisation skills, a strong work ethic, work well individually and as part of a team and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service every time. You will be a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a flexible, adaptable approach to work. You will be able to manage multiple demands on your time, prioritising and managing expectations while meeting the departments SLA’s.

Previous experience in the office equipment arena would be beneficial but not essential.

Starting Salary £15000-£18000 depending on experience.
